Old kanger dual coil head vs new ones

I want to rebuild my kanger dual coils but the new ones are very difficult to unassemble and even harder to reassemble. Lightning vapes has the old ones as does Fasttech. The height for the old ones is 26.5 mm and the new ones are 30mm. A small difference but does it matter? I have protank 3,Evod2 and an aero tank mini.

The chimney on the coil head reaches way past the seal so slight differences in length shouldn't matter. The new ones suck. They don't want you rebuilding them. Buy a bunch of old ones and rebuild them forever. FYI, you can buy just the insulators if you need them.

You rebuild them the same. You can easily pull the outer cover off with needle nose. Then rebuild just like old ones and slide outer cover back over making sure holes are lined up to slots
