The two sections below cover my normal testing procedure and preface.
I feel this is important information to include so you know what I do to ensure I test every one the same way.
It also provides you info on MY particular juice because it is more than likely different than yours so it can/will have different results.
********************************************************************************************************************************************
Airflow wide open for both coil tests.
Before testing each coil I ensured proper saturation as well as break the coils in by starting at lower wattages and temps.
I vape at these lower wattages, slowly increasing and I vape though half to a full tank fill depending on what the coil needs.
Once the coils are properly broke in I start my tests.
For each wattage setting I took 10 casual pulls taking them as I felt the need.
Followed by 10 chain vape pulls to check for heat and flavor changes.
I Wait 5 minutes between each setting (allowing the coil to cool) to ensure I get the best the coils can produce.
After documenting all notes through this process I proceed to vape through 240ml of juice for each coil to check coil life.
********************************************************************************************************************************************
This may not seem news worthy to some but since high flavor percentages and really sweet juices kill coils, I check for it.
Mostly because I use 25% flavor of super sweet DIY juice and go through about 45ml per day.
My juice is a well known coil killer.
Generally I get only a few days out of coils so I'm always in search of the few that can last though my particular juice.
Clouds are clouds, I could care less.
Flavor on the other hand is where the importance to me is so that'll be my main objective.

Including priming the coil I was able to get 2.2ML into the SAIL P-I TF Tank
10 minute timer on mod.
The KW41129A coil is 0.25Ω and rated for 20 - 50 watts
NO BREAK IN PERIOD
15 - Surprisingly even though there is no vapor production I am actually getting just a slight bit of flavor.
20 - This reminds me of what I used to get out of those old Kangertech T2 tanks with a 1.5 or 1.8Ω cartomizer on an EGO VV/VW 900 or 1100 mAh battery.
25 - Flavor is certainly increasing rather nicely.
30 - For such a small thing it really packs a lot of flavor.
35 - Increased flavor and vapor production.
40 - A touch more flavor.
45 - Getting really close to right where I'd want this to be.
50 - Yep, here is right where I like it, plenty of flavor.
55 - Still doing just fine but I feel 50W hit the spot a bit better.
I dropped it back to 50W and continued to vape through 240ml.
The 0.2Ω coils Vaptio sent me don't seem to have much info posted on them but here is the results of testing:
15 - Not enough power to heat the coil.
20 - While it is producing flavor, I can tell it is still underpowered due to it being a bit juicy.
25 - Same as 20W with a touch more flavor.
30 - Just starting to produce an actual solid flavor but not great yet.
35 - Doesn't seem to be any change from 30W.
40 - Plenty of vapor, flavor increasing a bit.
45 - Here it is starting to produce a lot closer to what I would want from a small kit.
50 - Not noticing much different from 45W.
55 - A surprising jump to very flavorful with loads of clouds.
60 - Even more flavor to make it better.
65 - NOPE, this little 60 watts mod doesn't go to 65.
However I have a feeling the coil would handle it just fine.
So I tested it on the Vaptio N1 Pro and as suspected the 0.2Ω coils are perfect at 65 watts for my vaping likes.
I put it back on the Move 60 mod, set it to 60W and continued to vape through 240ml.
It may look like a simple tiny kit but it is actually pretty durable and seems well built.
The tiny size and advantage of the sealed battery certainly make it a great convenience.
No leaking, no seeping, no troubles of any kind.
