Password wont reset

I am trying to reset my password as i forgot my original one. I have gone through the steps requesting an email for the reset. But after i log in with the reset password emailed to me from VU it either says the CAPCHA field is wrong or it wont accept the reset password that was emailed to me from VU.

Any Help would be appreciated! I think there is a glitch in the system somewhere tho!

I am having that problem and it is NOT reseting. HEEEELLLLPPPPPP!!!!!!

Try clearing your browsers cache, and restarting the browser. That worked for me!
