this is the first recipe I used it in. have been hesitant to use it but now that I have tried it I can see a lot of places I could use it. try to pick it up sometime I think its really good. sure it would be great without it also

Last time I checked Flavorart UK does not have it... That's really the best place for me to order from...

HIC used cardamom in two recipes - so I have it! I'll give this recipe a go:)

mmmm...this sounds like a crusty, creamy, spiced pear pie.

Cardamom - think of it as ginger and cinnamon combined, which can be used to substitute and come reasonably close. But if you can get it, it's excellent! A great special touch with fruits, tea, and bakery stuff. YUM

My tastebuds must be dead. I had to triple your recipe to taste it. Once I did that, it's awesome.
holy cow lol.... glad you like it. I think i have just trained myself to taste things at low percentages. the pear is light tho in the above recipe. thanks for trying it !

cardamom is awesome in it but it would be good without it also. if you really like pear Id bump the pear up a little. this is pretty light on the pear

I am going to mix this one up tonight likely, sounds good. I have been loving cardamon in peachy stuff and even some island like tobaccos I have been trying to make with coconut. Thanks for the recipe man!
