Hi all! PhantomOp told me I had to introduce myself, so hello to everyone!

I smoked the stinkies for 25+ years and just recently quit. I have felt really good of late even to the point of running up and down 4 flights of stairs at work, haven't been able to do that in years!

Still learning my own vape style but I think I am coming around! I have had less issues especially since I quit the stinkies.

Looking forward to being a part of the forums!
