Hello, I've been having issues with my Pharaoh Mini RTA I bought recently. My first issue is I can't change out the glass, somethings wayy to tight, I tried freezing it, a friend nor I could twist it off, we tried a wrench, and bent 2 screwdrivers all to fail. My other, more important issue, is now i cant get the chimney to seperate from the deck, all it does is turn the juice flow control and I'm not twisting the knob for juice control neither. Please help for this is extremely infuriating!
