After it was heated and ready for wicking. It.s coming in at .22 ohms. 28 ga. Kanthal, 5 wraps on a 2.5mm.

Changed up my velocity build finally after a couple months. I kept the same 26 core nichrome core wrapped in 32 gauge kanthal coils. However, I took then from horizontal to vertical. Went from 8 wraps to 6 wraps and kept at 2.5 mm. The build just fits in the velocity mini housing. Taste is great and cloud is dense. I tried to catch it on video but I need to get better at recording myself. Hah

Nope, yours look right on cue bud....How would you rate them VS Horizontal version of that same build? Do you notice you can open the Airflow up more and still be warmer compared to a Horizontal build? You should try a larger diameter wire and use more of the chambers real estate if its not to your liking with a parallel single wire build.

Has anyone try SS Wire (316L/317L/430) on a Snow Wolf? Is there a way to use it on TC mode? I wanted to try TC out but Im not going to try anything but SS because of my own reasons and 316L/317L can be used on power and Tc mode but IDK about on the SW V1.5....

Also I just bought 2 Aromamizers and another Crius V3 last night, I haven't seen a deck/chamber comparison for building so I wanted to try both out, the Cthulhu V2 and Mutation MT will be next on the list....

Nope, yours look right on cue bud....How would you rate them VS Horizontal version of that same build? Do you notice you can open the Airflow up more and still be warmer compared to a Horizontal build? You should try a larger diameter wire and use more of the chambers real estate if its not to your liking with a parallel single wire build.

I will leave a nice detailed layout of how the two compare from a builders aspect...I haven't seen a comparison to show the building room or what can fit and not so far so I decided I will for everyone's sake. Im hoping one of them I can fit Dual Micro Staged Fused Claptons in and thats the one Ill likely use as a ADV...The Mutation MT ill also be compared later when I actually get one.

Yeah, my first attempt. I'm still new to it. Will need to get some other wire maybe a 28awg or more to make more. The 24awg, when twisted is pretty stiff. However that may just be a property of twisting??

The 24awg, when twisted is pretty stiff. However that may just be a property of twisting??

Usually it makes wire springy and hard to work with...Thats why I normally dont do twisted builds unless it flatten them out a bit first, unless your using annealed wires....

Im happy I bought the 3ml, the longer the Chimney or distance from coil to mouth the less flavor you will end up with. Flavor diminishes with distance traveled..I dont mind filling a couple more times per day if its a better result. The color you can buy some Grill or Hi Temp Auto paint and paint it...I bought them just to compare the experience Crius V3/Aromamizer to see which performs better and which suits a builder better...Aromamizer(AC) for 13.99 and Crius V3(FT) for 16.99 you cant go wrong...

Be careful, once you Clapton, you will be hooked. Then you'll do fused Clapton's, then alien wire Clapton's. Who knows where you will stop! Ha-ha I was intimidated but fused Clapton's and reg Clapton's, but now they are all I have been building and I love them!

Yea now the problem is finding a RTA that can handle some of our better builds...I wish someone would take a true Velocity RDA and just make a Tank surround for it...

Decided to play around with some fused clapton micro coils and see what happens. 3x28k core (need new swivels and couldnt get em to lay flat so they're in a triangular configuration in there) 32k outter, 8 wraps on a 14ga syringe reading .22 ohms which is right in my sweet spot. Gonna wick these bad boys on the outside first and ill report back.

Sooooo..... Its cool and all, got the idea from maniak industries, but a juice hog and I got a mouth full of juice because apparently if you close up the airflow enough the coils turn into straws. Wicked them like typical dragon coils and its running fine at 65watts. Flavor over vapor on this build so thats great.

I was thinking 4 Vertical Double Barrel Fused Claptons around 8-9 wraps each and put it on a series box....I could only imagine....I think this is going to go on the Tax Time list along with the HOG V2 box....Insane builds await

It now has a Voltmeter and can be switched from parallel to series...Beng that its a Quad 18650 box it can be used to build some insane builds in both series and parallel...One of the reasons I wanted to pick it up along with that Alliance Fat Boy 46mm RDA

Not my builds, but much thanks to Chris at Vaporland in Lake Stevens, WA for hooking these up. Fused Claptons 26g wrapped with 36g kanthal on my Blitz Hannya Postless RDA (.21ohm) and my Aromamizer Velocity deck (.19ohm). Both chuck like champs and have great flavor!

I just did that same vertical build in my velocity mini. Clouds got thicker along with the flavor.

Used some gun oil for my swivels (using barrel swivels, they suck) and, lo and behold, cores spun freely and stayed flat. Finnaly getting the hang of these; not over stretching, good angle during wrap and i used 26ga core for the clapton. 3x28k/32k 2.5mm id .15ohms. Got some 36, 38 and 40 awg n80 coming soon so i already got the hamster wheel spinning on how im gonna waste it and any tips on high gauge builds would be greatly appreciated.

3x30g//38g Aliens. Kanthal cores/N80 outer wraps. Dual 8 wraps around a 3mm buddy clocks in right at .5 ohms. The performance on this build is freaking outstanding. Flavor and vapor production are both simply out of control. The aliens do a fantastic job of wicking the juice evenly across the coils, which is especially helpful for a series mod. Two thumbs way up on this one.

It's been one of my favorites for a long time, with the cloud cap it's absolutely amazing. I have no idea why rip trippers would ever publish that build video, its borderline abuse on such a fantastic atomizer hahaha, it works much better when it's used in a more traditional fashion, show it some love!
