Problem with my mod?

i just bought a sigelei 75 tc mod.
Whenever I put a battery in it the battery bar keeps moving. It's like I'm charging it but im not.
Is this normal? A friend has the same mod and it doesn't do it

Assuming the battery's not in backwards I'd say get it replaced. That's not normal.

Try a different, fully charged quality battery(Sony,LG, Samsung) and make sure your coil is tightly seated in the base. Install your tank/atty back on the device and if your screen is still jumping after different battery, it's time to exchange it. Vape safe.
