Pulse coil

Hello, guys, i'm using a Kanthal 25 AWG, 80/20, after pulse fire the coil its show a stranger color like the pic, it normal? its this wire safety to vape or i should not pulse the coil?

That is absolutely normal, and on some occasions desireable. The kanthal is oxidizing, and it's supposed to do that.

You can even try controlling the color with low wattage pulsing, then moving up for some interesting effects.

Here's a pic of a before and after pic of a polished coil that I colored via pulsing, and also an Alien coil. There are plenty more, but these were readily available to me to post (didn't have to dig through multiple folders to find them).
