I recently started DIYing my own e-juice and have tried a bunch of different recipes, but I can't get any sweet taste from any of them. My first try was Buttery Nipple which called for a 2:1 mixture of LorAnn Butterscotch and LorAnn Irish Cream. I added 3% water and 1% vodka making a 30ml VG supply with 6mg/ml Nic. Everything I try comes out with a "dry" unsweetened taste, kind of like eating unsweetened chocolate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2:1, sorry 14% Butterscotch and 7% Irish Cream

IMO that's to much flavoring,,,,have you tried tasting your vg strait,just put a dab on your finger and tell me is it sweet
A little sweet, yeah...but vaped, not so much. BTW, I use a Plum Veil on an iPV V2 at 30W on a 0.6 Ohm coil.
