Hey man! Got a question for you. I'm looking to build a coil that looks like a slinky. I have an idea for a certain build, but I can't seem to get the U shape of the coil to stay in place. Thanks m8.

You will need to get it to bend like that and you can use a torch to keep it angled like that....Or you could find a way to get it to stay like that until you can fire it...I havent done alot of the shaped coils but others have on the "Post your builds" thread
Ive never braided anything before...so a team member and I had a bet, If he could make a framed staple I would make a braid...He finally pulled one off and I took to learning about braiding.

Ray....I put two pair of your SS coils on Goons this morning...oh my, do they sing FLAVOR....absolutely love the coils...!
Those coils are by far the best flavor I've ever gotten from the juice I'm using. I cranked the power up to 140 watts, almost need an industrial fan in here.....

This last one is a .09 Dual Coil/.18 Single Coil, the previous is a .07 Single Monster

Been using 6mg...becoming immune to nic I assume....Enough to get you Nic Sic on 3mg sometimes
Sandvik Wire..Smelted in Sweden and Milled in the USA. When you buy premium it shouldnt mean your just buying the name, the experience and quality should also be on deck
I find these pretty easy to pump out compared to most other coils Ive done...the Fusing is time consuming though! If I made it with larger gauge Frames/Staggers/Fuse then I could make them much more quickly.You actually used the coil?....

Im really enjoying the SS myself, I was reluctant at first but when I made the first set of SS Aliens to use I was floored by their performance and have been using SS only since then! Im glad the SS wire is about the same quality as the Kanthal and N80 wire Ive been getting...last a very long time with very little degradation in almost 2 months of heavy use in my Tornado and now the Mage RTA...I think the Boreas has had the same set of Alien Framed Staples in it for almost 3-4 months now....I'm loving the hell out of your coils, replaced three attys with the SS, damn nice tasty coils.....
The only issue in making them for people to buy is people dont seem to need to order for a long while...maybe it wasnt the best route to host a "business" but it definitely makes the people that order them happy
I like Aliens, Framed Staples and Alien Framed Staples but Lately Ive been playing around with Cat Track Aliens in the Goon on Unregulated Box Mods...The quick ramp up and wide surface area give the vape I like and the resistance is kept high since its just a flattened Alien with thinner cores saves battery life....Im thinking this is a jack of all trades build because it checks every box!I have about 50 attys, will be ordering more coils soon, when I figure out which coils I like the best.....
Not sure if there is such a best coil though.....
Got a G24 Seminole by Compvape and a El Diablo Anubis Mod Today and wanted to do something different then normal for it.

The Square wire is pretty expensive bud....like twice the price of ribbon wire and I find ribbon wire over priced..With SS Cores it will be around .1 Dual Coil 26g Aliens. These would be in the same tier the Alien Framed Staples are in since Square wire isnt cheap and its difficult to get it to wrap perfectly on the initial clapton and then the alien itself..much like using 28g for a clapton wrap..I will have to pick more up as others said the same thing...I only bought 30ft of it to try myself
I could use 28g for .2...the wrap would just be large on it

It would be similar in size to the Aliens youve recieved in the past, maybe slightly larger due to the outer wrap. The outer wrap itself will be larger as its slightly bigger then what I normally wrap aliens with, the ridges and girth of it should give some interesting properties for wicking and ramp up....I havent tried it myself yet...I wanted to make a second coil that matches perfectly but have them both at 5 wraps so I can use it on my new Anubis with some "Hot" results
Out of all the square wire I had I finally made one single set of matching Squared Aliens with them...Im not sure if I will use them but I may sell them...Im still unsure. Its crazy that I only made 3 successful Aliens with over 50ft of wire...not an easy task let me tell you!

Beadalon Spool Tamers are how I stagger/Space my Clapton.

You can see it making the clapton but if you look close the clapton it perfectly spaced. Turning the Spool of center makes the space larger and the more its used the more the wire cuts a groove into the spool tamers feeder mouth, this creates a "preset stagger" and I just put it into the groove from there on out and the rest is done for you...

I vaped the single coil...I havent decided on what will happen to the dual coil set I made..
The single coil isnt as violent in ramp up or heat as its normal counterpart, which I believe is from the extra mass of the outer wrap. It definitely helps with wicking and the cotton doesnt get burned as easy since the heat is slightly further away from the heat..overall its a great coil.
I am however loving these!! Another set of 50g Wrapped Framed Staples.

I do sit and wonder how the hell they make 50g+ wire time to time....Ive had 54g before and even breathing more then half of a inhale caused it to snap when wrapping it...it makes 50g seem easy to wrapWow....what an engineering marvel......
But due to the incredibly thin outerwrap it acts like a naked staple and ramps up quickly, due to the wide surface area and thin ribbon its a great vape for flavor and since its .3R its not as hot as .4R or .5R ...its a perfect vape on a unregulated parallel modRDA is a G24 Seminole Clone...I couldnt afford the Authentic but I love it all the same

Even at 1800rpm inches of wire takes almost 20 minutes to clapton with it....it is well worth the time though, you will see!
