Batteries werent even hot, Im guessing the spring melted and then the smaller power wire went afterwards...I could smell it and thats when I shut it down...Ill rebuild it with lower gauge wire and hopefully find something for a spring...maybe make one out of copper.
I haven't been able to get all 6 coils to fire on mine. I cry every time I look it and haven't been able to vape it yet

Connection issue? Make sure all your leads are connected and firmly screwed down on. If one is heating up before the other then the other coil is either a higher resistance or the lead isnt getting the connection it needs.
Yeah, I've tried w/ aliens and fused Claptons and it seems that either one of the middle or one of the top just won't glow. I was thinking of just throwing some regular coils in it, but something about that just doesn't seem right.

If its different types of coils that arent glowing together its due to their resistances being different. You have to account for wire types, coils mass, wraps, outer wraps and dial them in.
I can fire it on the Tres Equis and the hohm Wrecker G2 now....I removed the Flatten/Polished Multicore Aliens and moved everything down, I also remived a wrap from the Fraples so they would fire evenly but I hope this gives you what you wanted
I tried doing something similar to what Guatch did awhile ago, actually I tried replicating the pattern but failed with the most outer wrap...Ill work on it. I used all .5 Ribbon Core Wrapped in Alien Wrap and then Framed with 22KA1 and Tried another Alien Wrap ove that...didnt work out well so I used .3 Ribbon to Fused it all.

I would say they are far from perfect but it comes with practice, it almost does the job itself as long as you hold the spool at the correct angle and follow it up the length. Next time I think I may twist the Ribbon for the "Tsuka Look"

Psssst: I need another order of coils Raymo, if you have some available in the near future. My employees scavenged several of the ones from the previous order. Both told me they had ever seen such intricate work done so flawlessly.
A Sleeper/Continuous Build helps with connections and firing evenly, it doesnt do anything else but that. IF you want better performance out of your RDA try the Fused Clapton-its one of the better vapes out there!

How much will it cost? Its hard to find fused claptons here in the Philippines. How many loops would you suggest with fused clapton for my gear?
I would do Dual Coil with 6 Wraps/3mm ID. You can easily make some fused claptons with a Drill and some wire if you have the time to watch some youtube videos on it and try, I would suggest picking up some 26g and 36g to make them.

i tried to promise myself i would stop coming here daily and kissing your ass over everything you post but basically instead of that im just going to buy some lip gloss and get to work. the tsuka wraps are crazy dude. looks so good. faaawwkkk. idonteven. i feel faint.

So should expect a duel set up like that in the Mini Volt to be an instant battery killer? It's that much of a concern considering how infrequently I used it.

They shouldnt kill the battery too fast, they should be around .7-.8 Ohms and the battery should last at least a decent while.

Well Ive wanted to remake that 3 core Staggered Fused Clapton again but this time make it without having to beat it with a hammer to make it half decent looking...I got it this morning on my first try...I have to admit I was pretty damn impressed wit myself! There is only one spot where the clapton didnt line up in the whole wire, it looks wavy because of the untwisting but this whole length is FLAWLESS!!!!!

I love this RDA! After making those 3 Core Staggereds earlier I got the idea for a All Staggereds Build for this RDA...
We have Half, Full, and 3 Core Staggereds in a Row...Specs are a bit crazy as they are all different sizes and wire types in cores, clapton, and outerwrap on each and from each other....

Got my coils today. I grabbed the ones for the mini volt on my way out the door and did a quick install / wick at my shoot for work today. They are working amazing in the mini volt. At 28 watts it's just the vape I was looking for. I'll mess with the others when I'm back in town tomorrow night and get some pics up. Once again I'm very impressed... Oh and thanks for the extras.

Good to hear! How is the battery life with them so far? I would imagine its good since your not using max wattage constantly
Battery life is as good or better than the coils that come with the mini vengeance tank. I've been using it all day and its still going strong.
