Recipe Needed, Please Help!

Hello all,
I have been trying to find a clone recipe for One Step Above's Mech Shakes Strawberry Vanilla bean ice cream milkshake and am wondering if anyone has a clone recipe for it.

Probably not an exact clone but you may like it enough to suffice for now.

Strawberry Ice Cream

4% TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (CAP VBIC will work too)
2% INW Shisha Strawberry (only SB I use anymore)
2% TFA Dairy Milk (could sub with 4% FW Milk or 1% FA Fresh Cream)
1% FA Marshmallow (other brands may work here also)
(Optional) 0.5% INW Biscuit (or 1% FA Cookie or 1-2% CAP Sugar Cookie v1)

I just made this with the optional CAP Sugar Cookie v2...WOW is it good. Going to let it steep some see how it develops. What is the recommended steep time?

24hrs if using TFA VBIC
1 week if using CAP VBIC

BB=BlueBerry (usually, but could be BlackBerry too)
VBIC=Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Also, what is / are the best place(s) to buy quality VG, PG, Nic and flavorings?

Nicotine River is where I get all my vg pg and nic. Flavorings I get from Bull City Flavors.

It's there, but not overpowering. Maybe up the strawberry percentage a bit. It was fine for me, I can taste it, but as I said, it does not jump out at me.

NIC: Nude Nicotine, Vaperstek, Chemnovatic
VG: Think it was called Bulk Apothecary
