Does the Cyclone have the original (non AFC) cap as well? If yes, was the cap drilled out, and how much?

Hey, Brew.

Yes, it's pictured. It's been drilled out and it looks like only one size bigger than original. It's still perfect for mouth to lung vaping. That's the only way I vape (for 7 years now)
