How do I know what cotton is safe to vape with?

I don't have a vendor. All I have is a bag containing circular cotton pads, saying %100 pure cotton. I would post a pic, but the file is too big.

I think they came from Fred meyers, not positive.

Usually people use organic un bleached cotton. I can say once I bought some normal old cotton balls at Wal-Mart boiled then and used them. Didn't seem any different from organic un bleached cotton. And I'm alive and kickin. I'd say go ahead and give the cotton a try if it tastes wierd toss it
