Sasami are a German manufacturer. If I were to compare them to another company it would be flavour west, a lot of there flavours are quite aritificial...but of the ones I have tried so far (trying more too) there good flavours are really good: there waffle dough (think ice cream wafer) and crumble cake (great as both a cake and pastry crumble) are two of my favourite flavours and also feeling new love for there gooseberry flavour.
The Sasami custard is possibly my favourite custard behind the capella one. It is just a clean and creamy (almost bubbly if that makes any sense) light vanilla custard that mixes well too. There flavours are hard to get hold of and are expensive considering they arent super potent (3-7% seems to be the range with them for me single flavour wise generally). Available in Europe from 123liquids anyway.
Have added the holy vanilla to bring up a pudding vanilla taste and the vienna cream for more of a dairy cream.
