If my memory is anywhere close, this is a pretty spot-on Sloe Gin Fizz. Sweet dark-ish berries in creamy soda with a little zing of spirits in the background.

In researching this and discussing with other mixers here, I learned that black currant would have been ideal for this recipe; since none was onhand I have used blackberry and a touch of cocoa instead. If you have black currant, by all means, give it a try! I doubt I'll change it, though, for my own mixing. I like it very much like this.

The FA Black Cherry is indispensible in this recipe and I'd recommend it not be replaced with anything else.

Sloe Gin Fizz

Anise (INAWERA) 0.65%
Blackberry (Natural) (FW) 0.9%
Black Cherry (FA) 1.5%
Blood Orange (Natural) (FW) 1.35%
Botanical Gin (VTA) 3.4%
Cocoa (FA) 0.35%
Cranberry (TPA) 2.25%
Cream Soda (FW) 2.25%
Golden Syrup (VTA) 0.9%
Koolada 10% (TPA) 0.9%
Lemon (Flavors Express) 1.35%
Pomegranate Deluxe (TPA) 0.9%
Super Sweet (Cap) 0.5%

Total flavors 17.2%, needs about 5 days to steep

ETA 3/16/20: After steeping I find this is not quite sweet enough, so I've added 0.5% of Cap SS to the mix.
