Will Samsung 30Q be safe or do I need to go to 25A like Sony VTC5A or more?

I have 3 Battlestars and I use one every day. I put 30Q, 25R, VTC6 and HG2's in them without any problems.

Then I guess 30Q would be ideal for the 3,000 mAh run time.
