Smok 220 Alien sent to repair at Madvapes - GREAT RESULTS 1 call made YEA!!!

On the web today, found this forum, found phone number to Madvapes, called them 3ish friday afternoon, on hold 7 minutes, spoke with a real person, they have my mod, will be replaced but not until mid/late September.
I sent mod in and was received on Jun 17th. the number is 704-696-8900 I am very happy now!!!
