Smok Alien 220w screen and mod

Hello guys, new to vaping but i bought a alien 220w.

I have only had this for about 2 days and the screen works but it is dim, when i press the fire button it lights up a little. Is there anything to do besides updating firmware?

Also i have another issue which is the ohm reading changes all the time then it will give me a too high of ohm warning, and sometimes it will say short atomizer and don't abuse something. How can i fix this?

Have you updated the software? Make sure you do the right version. Version A or Version B

I did. This was happening even before i updated it. i was hoping it would fix it

Oh, sorry, missed where you said that. If it were me and I'd just bought it, I'd return it for a new one.

yeah what sucks is, is that my girlfriend threw away the receipt and i dont think they will even try to deal with me. and im hoping there is a way to fix it without having to take it some where

yes, it is all the way to 100
