Smok alien ohm too low

voltage, ohm, and amps at 0.000 and it says ohm too low I changed coil and tank and it still won't let me hit it. I used my tank on my friends alien and it worked so it's the mod itself I just don't know why. Also I use the baby beast

Have you tried connecting it to a computer and updating the firmware?

If that yields not results check your batteries I use an old on with a nick by the positive ring and it gave me flaky results.
