Help please ive had the smok quantum and it hasn't been used in a while i just got some new juice and tried charging it. The charge don't show and it won't turn on what could it be?
You said it was not used in a while so I am wondering if the warranty is still in effect. Now you are saying "He" so is it not you? Is the battery installed correctly?
It hasnt been used in maybe a month the guy at vape n smoke was trying to help me sorry yes the battery was in correctly the guy said the battery was super dead. But my screen won't light up
