I have Smok Alien kit, Is it okay to use 0.4 ohms coil to 30-35w cause the coil says that use 40 or 55 for better results!

Use what feels best for you, those are more of a guideline anyway. If you are getting a satisfying enough vape for you at 30-35w then go for it.
