SMOK Upgrade Tool

So I picked up a second XCubeII, after using the tool to upgrade the firmware on my first device, I went to do the upgrade to the second. No dice, getting error program not responding on win7. Went to SMOK's website to redownload the tool, but to no avail the link for the tool is returned with "server not found" Emailed SMOK with no response. Has this device been abandoned so soon?

Go 1/3 down the page. Should see the link for the upgrade tool. Just downloaded the zip to my note 4. Give it another try. My xcube 2 isn't here yet.
