Interesting. Would you mind sharing the process by which you developed your recipe? Thanks.

Sure.. I started off by tasting all of my flavors as solos, from low to mid range and to the highest I found that I liked.
I keep notes and do a lot of tongue tasting. I repeat this process every 3-5 months because of tongue and tastes that change.. :)

My aim was for a vanilla cream, thick, that would leave a vanilla taste on my lips (smooth vanilla) and with avocado that helps with creamy, as well as helps the graham cracker out with a touch of the avocado's nutty background. (the cracker only is there to thicken up the cream.. once fully steeped just a mild taste of it not quiet a soggy but more of a laid back approach.. ) The smoked butterscotch is there to lead a hand with buttery smoky butterscotch sweetness and the vanilla bean to help make the vanillas pop out.. I did succeed :) Mix it up for your self and see how you like it!
