that statement started out fine.

Enforce the law, don't sell vapes to kids. I have no issue

then it goes on to say that vaping could be great for adults
but then says the FDA will need to step in to save the kids

BS

They are going to hold the manufacturer's responsible because kkids use them

SO is the FDA going after TIDE or Trojans for the stupid shit kids are doing with their products. I mean did the manufacturer of Tide do research into wheathe ror not kids would eat pods before putting them on the market??

of course not, that doesn't help the PJM/BT agenda or get them more staff, pay, authority, etc.

Juul's success has made it the new whipping boy, and this despite the fact that Juul uses no cartoonish artwork in its marketing or flaove names that would ostensibly appeal to children.

<shrug> They create the excuses they want or need to pursue the agenda and increased budget, staffing, powers, and weapons they want. It's just that simple.

Juul also happens to be Big Tobacco's biggest convenience store competition.

In fact Juul has become more popular then ANY of Big Tobacco's convenience store ecigs.

The Ecig company that brings in the most revenue at a gas station gains more precious space directly behind the register.

Doesn't anybody find it the slightest bit odd that a bunch of senators, bureaucrats, etc... took cues (all using the same few of the exact same phrases and lines) from CFTFK (center for tobacco free kids) to attack Big Tobacco's biggest competition?

But then again let's see who FUNDS CFTFK?

https://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php/The_Campaign_for_Tobacco-Free_Kids

This all stems back to the Master Settlement Agreement that BIG TOBACCO signed

Then we have all of the collusion between Phillip Morris and Matt Myers.

Matt Myers of where?
The Center For Tobacco Free Kids.

https://www.tobaccofreekids.org/about/our-team/matt-myers

How do we know that a new "secret meeting" didn't take place where Phillip Morris asked CFTFK to bump off the competition for them?

It looks to me like The Center For Tobacco Free Kids is using it's pull with the Swamp to protect their business model.
