Strange watery taste

I got the griffin 25, amongst other tanks and lately vaping tastes very...watery. Hard to explain-but all I can come up with is vaping seems to be watered down...very wet.

Is this vapors tongue?

Have you tried other juices? I doubt a tank/coil set up would cause ejuice to seem watery, it has to be the juice itself, what juice are you using?

I've only experienced some 'watery' vape (assuming it's the same, sort of a wet vape) when l started using rayon wicks, a long time ago: it was due to the rayon needing some more power, compared to Japanese cotton.
Does that 'wetness' go away if you slightly increase the power?
Edit: it may also be due to bigger coil diameter than usual - still needing more power, anyway.
