Subbing percentages...FA Caramel for CAP Caramel

Working on a caramel recipe using CAP Caramel at 3%. Wanted to try FA, and I know theie flavors are a little stronger than CAP's. What percent FA should I try?

Ideally you should make single flavor testers of your flavors, because what works for me may not work for you. Make 1%, 2%, and 3% testers of both the FA and Cap caramel. Then you can compare them side by side.

Enough preaching, try the FA Caramel @ 1.5-2%. The FA Caramel will be less sweet than the Capella Caramel. If you want it sweet think FA Butterscotch.
