I put this list together about 2 months ago and gave it to CASAA, etc, and posted it to CASAA facebook.
CASAA referred to the 99 questions, but never published the list, so I went through and generated this. Published as much as I could, but by then was banned from ECF....yada yada yada
I should have posted it to this forum when the forum started, sorry.
Since its all peeled out from the 300 pages, it may have usage after the comment period ends in 3 days.
Forum says its too big, So I will link to where I posted it previously when I gave it to CASAA.
