I would think so only a few have gone out of business.
And the number of flavors may be doubled by now?

And lots more vape shops now vs then too and the juice that many of them homebrew is not even included in that tally.

If you took into account every vape store on the planet that does home brew the number would probably be mind boggling

I figure most of them are basically the same flavors with different names.

I'd guess 2600 of them are some variation on Strawberry Milk.

And roughly 2000 are blue raspberry of some kind.
