The masses don't need a misdirect while their currency is being devalued.

You could give a crash course to every person in the country and it would not make a difference. Without devaluation, exponential growth, the economy collapses. We are past the point of fixing it without having a nearly total collapse. Nobody wants that in their time. They do not want to suffer the consequences of ending devaluation. They will continue on hoping something will happen to bail us out. This is true for the left and the right, in general terms.

Proof of this is Social Security. I see all kinds of memes and posts, from conservatives, saying to leave SS alone. The math for SS is undeniable. Yet, even conservatives are not willing to end the scheme. If they will not end the SS scheme because it will effect them, likewise they will not entertain any method of fixing the problem of devaluation of currency because it will effect them with a full on collapse of the system. Most people will lose most of what they think that they own.

Slight problem here. As Ted Cruz said during the 2016 debates, Social Security is going broke because it has handfuls of IOU's that are not worth the paper they are written on. They will never be repaid. If the Federal Government wouldnt of treated it as their own personal piggy bank, SS would of been viable for many generations. Yet the huge part that sticks in many conservatives craws is that there is all these billions that is handed out to illegals and it seems that is a never ending supply of cash yet there is no money to make Social Security solvent again. This has nothing to do with devaluation of anything and everything to do with our government gross mishandling of funds.

SS bought US Treasuries(loaned money to the government)

Those treasuries are still payable and unless the US defaults on all treasuries, they will be paid back. In fact, they are being paid back. As todays workers are not providing enough income, the Treasuries are being cashed in to cover the shortfall. That's why every time there is a "debt ceiling" debate, the Treasurer says he cannot pay SS because the government cannot borrow the money to buy the old Treasuries that SS holds.

SS will go broke when the Treasuries are exhausted and there is not enough income from current workers. SS will go broke despite all of the IOU's being repaid.

That said, I agree with Ted Cruz that US Treasuries are not worth the paper they are printed on. But the US will not default on it's debt before SS goes broke on it's own.

The devaluation of currency has strings attached to the SS problem but devaluation is a problem on it's own.

SS from the start was not designed to solve anything it was a stop gap measure put in place by Roosevelt who he himself said was not a long term solution he did it like he did everything to buy votes, he knew his whole New Deal was bullshit it was unsustainable it was Bernie Sanders handing out candy to desperate people to stave off revolution..SS was not a well thought out well reasoned plan...it was the Obamacare of it's day.

I think it will be too much for them as awareness grows, Q whether a larp or not will grow. Awareness will overcome eventually. Human nature will win.

They will lose. The genie is out of the bottle, no putting it back short of wiping out all who is now aware.
