I've not had any of that hardware except the KBOX 200.
I ordered it for me however my wife decided she wanted it.
She only used it in power mode and at 8 watts.
At no point did she ever have any troubles with the mod using it that way.
However the paint on the mod absolutely sucks.
She used a silicon sleeve to cover it and since she couldn't see the ugliness, she didn't care.
Doubt that helps you much but was all I could provide.

They both have their ups and downs, i loved the smok but wanted a bigger device so i could eventually run the tfv8, so i traded it for the vtm150 which was big and felt weird in my hand plus button was hard to press so i traded it for the kanger kbox 200 which doesnt have all the features as the vtm150, like ramp up, but it feels a lot better in my hand
