Hey guys,

I've tried doing a search for a thread with this question, but couldn't find a suitable one, so I hope this hasn't been answered before - if it has, do let me know and I'll stop cluttering things up!

I've not long started DIY, and my desk is already being overrun by flavourings, large bottles of PG/VG, distilled water, wire, wick, drippers, etc... It's only been a few weeks, but I can see this being an involved hobby already! But so far, I've not quite hit on what I'm after, which is very authentic, or 'true' fruit flavours.

The ones I do like so far are:
TFA/TPA Blueberry (Wild) - as true a blueberry flavour as I could hope for
Capella's Cranberry - it has the slight tartness of real cranberries that I love, another 'true' one.
TFA/TPA Passionfruit - very fresh tasting, but can be a little floral at higher %s
TFA/TPA Papaya - another lovely and 'fresh' tasting one, got a slightly peppery edge to it.

What I'm really after is a wonderfully fresh and juicy peach, same for apricot, though any other authentic fruits are welcome! If anyone's ever tried Nicoticket's Apricot Ambition, that might be a good guide (for the apricot at least). TFA's Peach tastes really artificial, same for TFA's Apricot. I find Capella's apricot to be a little better, but too floral.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm not bothered which fruits, really, just after some really good ones - don't want to waste anymore money on flavours I probably won't end up using!

Thanks!
SquareFeet.

I've got quite a few FA flavours on my list, some after reading HeadInCloud's 'thoughts/notes on...' posts (so helpful!) I'll make notes on some myself when they arrive and have steeped for at least week :)

I'm a HUGE FA White Peach fan. Best peach I've run across and I'm pretty sure I've tried just about all of them :)

I'll put in a plug for FA Blackcurrant, the single best, most true-to-real-fruit, dark berry flavor I know.
...and an honorable mention for several other FA fruits, like Fuji, Apricot, and White Peach.

I can't add to, but will give my votes for FA and INW, of the ones I've tried. For Cranberry, I like the TFA. A lot! I haven't try the Caps one.

ReaExtracts.com just added four new fruit/tobacco melanges to the product line including a real peach. They are ALL NATURAL flavors that are very good. You might check them out in the shopping cart (http://www.shop.real-tobacco-extract.com/).

I've tried several peaches, I find I like a blend the most-
Currently I'm using FA White Peach, TFA Juicy Peach, and JF Honey Peach in equal proportions. Each of them are not bad on their own, but combined, they are spectacular! FA White Peach seems more like the skin of the peach to me, more peach flesh is required for my palate. I also recently picked up TFA Nectrarine and that one is pretty good too!

Whoa, some great suggestions here, thanks guys :) I'm based in the UK, though, and keep getting stung by shipping costs [was around $50/$60 for my last Nicoticket order :(] and UK Customs for orders from America, but I'll try and locate the flavours over here.

@acidrain23: I'll definitely get my hands on those flavours you mentioned and give it a try, the combination sounds like it'd work well.
@Panther1911: Never heard of Taste Flavour Co - if I can get my hands on it, I'll give it a go, thanks!
@HeadInClouds: I've gotta say, given your other posts about flavours, I'm going to take anything you say as gospel, so all those are going to be dug out. I don't know what Fuji is, though, so off I go to Google...
@Real Extract in Seattle: I'd love to try these, but if I can't find a supplier over here, I fear I'll get a hefty custom's fee again!
@Huckleberried: The CAP Cranberry is really quite nice, but since I don't have anything to compare it to (TFA/TPA one wasn't in stock at the time, and my friend and I wanted to try and recreate Nicoticket's Hummingbird) I can't really say whether it's better or not. It does taste really rather fresh, though.
@glassgrl: Never tried Inawera flavours at all... I'll try to dig some out the next time I order, thanks for the suggestion :)

They have a UK site- http://www.flavourart.co.uk/ Not sure about Inawera in the UK, but they are in Poland at inawera.com or inaweraflavours.com. I just thought of another peach that's good, the new Molinberry Peach Nectar is yummy. That's at inawerashop.com but they don't sell Inawera anymore.

Cheers @glassgrl. Sounds like inawerashop should change their name, hey?

I've had a crazy idea, and want to get my hands on an Elderberry flavour, a fig flavour, and maybe a nice plum. Plums seem easy enough to come by, but I can only find Capella Fig, and can't find an Elderberry anywhere.

Does anyone know who makes an Elderberry flavour?

http://wizardlabs.us/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=620 is TFA Elderberry

I haven't tried it...don't really like elderberries, so the birds get ours.

I like FA Fig but hear Capella is also good.

Thanks @HeadInClouds - I couldn't find an Elderberry on any of the sites I use to order flavourings, so I'll just keep my finger's crossed the TFA one comes into stock at some point :)

Atmos Lab have some good fruits too - Mandarine and Banana are great! Blueberry not so much (maybe I mixed it too strong). I haven't tried their Peach yet. They are pricey, but quite potent too - the recommended 5% on most of them gives a full flavour, and can use quite a bit less on some - I mixed most testers at 2 to 3%.

Since you're in the UK...

Oh, and ltecigs have a decent selection of Inawera...
