TrustFire Dual Charger. (help)

I just got myself my first Mechanical mod, and also picked up black trust fire dual charging stand. It keeps making a high pitched sound, not very loud but u can hear it when u get close. Is this normal?

PS: If ur wondering what im using, its my first mech mod. Nemesis clone and a Artic Tank.

Bad charger - I wouldn't use it. I also wouldn't use anything with the word "fire" in it that's battery or charger related. The only chargers generally considered safe for vape use are, in order of perceived quality, Xtar, Efest LUC, Nitecore Intellicharger or Digicharger series.
