    Hi guys,

I just ordered my first vape kit at cigabuy. I ordered the new color of Eleaf iStick Pico Kit 75W - Jet Black Bronze. An early Christmas gift for myself. I hope I will receive it before Christmas.

I NEED and I'M TRYING TO QUIT SMOKING!

    A little bit about me:

I'm from the Northern part of the Philippines (Ilocos Sur) I'm 31 now, I started smoking when I was 13. I'm not a heavy smoker, I smoke up to 8 sticks a day. I'm trying to quit smoking, I want to quit but it's very hard. I stopped smoking for 1 year and 6 months, but now, I smoke again. WTF!! Some people say that vaping can really help stop/quit smoking. That's why I bought one for myself. I hope this will help me quit smoking. I want to live more longer. LOL! :D

If you have any suggestion or advice, especially those who experienced this kind of situation, I will appreciate it.

Thank you guys, have a nice day and have a Merry Christmas to all. :)

Congrats on Making the choice for a healthier lifestyle!!!!
If you have any questions there are plenty of helpful and knowledgeable people here more than willing to help.

Also, I put together a few tidbits of information that some have found useful, and that helped me out when I was starting also.

I'm living in Vietnam right now. Hello from a fellow ASEAN vaper!
Try and buy juice imported from America. Much better quality.
Malaysian juice is good quality, but not for me. 6mg Malaysian juice is comparable to 3mg US juice. Also most have a menthol kick to them, resulting to a strong throat hit. If you like that then great! I like my US juice as I get more juice flavors and less menthol.

    Sent from somewhere in Vietnam.

good luck quitting! and nice pick on the pico. it's a great starter device and very smart to get an external charger. you are already way ahead of most people starting to quit! keep it up!

Don't forget to grab some coils for your Melo 3 tank --- I don't use the EC coils because the air flow sucks. Grab some Aspire Atlantis .5ohm coils or the Aspire Triton .5 Clapton coils. They work great in that tank and have MUCH better flavor and airflow.

Damn -- another thought just hit me .
Your not a heavy smoker ( I was pack and half a day )... with either of the tanks in your picture, I would recommend e-juice at about 3% NIC or 6% NIC --- 6% NIC being the MAX i would run in a sub-ohm tank. Your really get A LOT more NIC intake using a sub-ohm tank so keep the e-juice at a low mix %.

They will work out good for you. I've also used the Aspire Triton .5 ohm Clapton in those tanks. They seem to get a little hot at 40w with how small the tanks are. I did just order the Triton RBA to see if it will fit in them. I'll let you know once I test them out. I also have the Atlantis v2 that I'll use it in.

I do like them, here's a laugh though, I had an rda on the pico then switched back and inadvertently took a nice big hit at 70 watts, maybe it's in my head but that burnt taste wouldn't go away. So I'm on my second one now.

Though I'd pass this on. The Triton RBA doesn't have top threads and I wish it did. It also works best with vertical coil builds as the horizontal coil restricts the air flow a bit too much. Make sure the screws holding the coil wires are tighter than tight and make sure the body is screwed together tighter than the coil is screwed into the base or it will separate removing it and trash your build. I find it's more hassle than it's worth and no longer bother with it but that's just me. That said if you get a good build it works well

Most folks don't seem aware that the Triton .3 and .4 coils with the black insulator are SS316, they work well in TC mode and fit that tank.

Thank you guys for all the kind words. :)

Now my problem is, I ordered 12/15/2016, it's been 6 days, I fill up the form when I ordered, now they said they cancelled it because I need to confirm my shipping address. what the? I already filled up the form and what for they keep asking me my shipping address? So now I need to wait again. I want to get my items before Christmas but now I think I will not get it. So sad!! :-(

Is the owner of cigabuy a member here at VU?

Here comes my biggest problem with cigabuy.

I won't order if it is in Pre-Order...

Before I click on that Add To Cart button, this is written below (Usually ships within 2-7 business days.) But now it changes to like that in the picture below. There's no pre-order written on the picture before.

Now I can't have my new pico before Christmas. I am so sad. :'(

I'm so disappointed with this website. The new pico kit that I ordered will be available by the end of the month.

I told them to cancel that new pico kit and I will order the available one. Too SLOW!

7 days of waiting and still my items are not yet shipped.

They already shipped my orders, but I changed the new pico (jet black bronze) into brushed silver, because it's a pre-order and I don't want to wait until next year.

I don't blame you, why even try to sell it if you don't have it. And enjoy it! If you ever want to change the look you can buy a wrap for it.

Do you have a tracking number? That's the best way to confirm that it has indeed shipped. The first picture shows my account info page showing my order back on 12-12. I click on the tracking number which opens up 17 track (the second picture). There I can view the status of delivery. In my case its en-route to NY, before heading to California (don't ask me why they put it on a plane to nyc).

    Can anyone help me here?

I need to provide NTA (national tobacco administration) clearance for DHL to continue process with customs, they can’t continue processing without the NTA requirement.

How do I get NTA clearance?

Do you have issues like this?

    TIA

Where do I get all this.

    1. Detailed Tracking/Waybill & Commercial Invoice with Customs Classification (from DHL)

    2. Informal Computation of Duties & Taxes (from DHL)

    3. Proof of payment ( from consignee )

    That is the requirements needed.

Should I tell them the low declared value or the real value of the items?
