for PG, see if you have a store locally called Tractor Supply. they sell gallons of PG for around $20. its USP quality.
for VG, its tough finding a gallon at a good price locally. best i'd been able to find for USP quality is Humco brand from Walmart. its only a few bucks for the 6oz bottle, but that really adds up if you DIY all the time. best bet is to order VG online. $20 shipped is a good price. look for a place that gives free shipping, or free shipping after a certain $ amount is reached, like Wizard Labs. On black friday i found an even better deal from nicotine River. i paid for shipping, but the base price of the gallon was like $12 or $13 so it still worked out to $20 shipped (FedEx). the packaging was very professional and secure.
