Ultra sonic steeping

I have been reading up on ultrasonic steeping quite a bit and have done many searches on it
Looks like a easy steep method

The only thing that I'm not finding is what temperature to steep at???
Don't know if I get it to hot will it ruin the juice

Anyone with some more info please help

UC is somewhat trickier than a regular crockpot.

You want the temp to stay around 150 degrees F, which is easier to do with a crockpot!

Thanks that's what i was looking for
I would rather have a timer that will shut it down so I can make it and leave don't have to worry about shutting it off

The one I got is fully adjustable
