Due to the ongoing Youth Prevention efforts, people got confused about the National Vaping Ban and State Vaping Regulations. What are the products customers can purchase? What are the products customers shouldn't buy? To better assist our customers, we made the guidelines about how to purchase products under these regulations.

On Jan. 2, 2020, The US Food and Drug Administration announced a countryside ban of most flavors for cartridge-based e-cigarettes in the United States.

• FDA Finalizes Enforcement Policy on Unauthorized Flavored Cartridge-Based E-Cigarettes.
• Enforcement Priorities for Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) and Other Deemed Products on the Market Without Premarket Authorization

Under the new policy, companies will stop manufacturing, distributing and selling flavored cartridge-based e-cigarettes, other than tobacco or menthol. Cartridge-based ENDS products are a type of ENDS product that consists of, contains, or involves a cartridge or pod that holds that is to be atomized when the product is used.

Meanwhile, some states issued their own regulations. Before making your purchase, please make sure you comply the regulation in your state. Orders with prohibited products will be removed, or the entire order will be cancelled and refunded.
