Im 48 and smoked cigarettes for 20 or so years. Back in 2010 I ended up needing heart surgery, I had my aortic valve replaced, 2 stents, 1 bypass and had 2 heartattacks. After my surgery (like a complete idiot) I continued smoking cigs. My cardiologist to me straight up "if you dont stop, you will die". No matter how many meds they put me on my blood pressure was always Dangerously high. Then one day I bought a cheap vape pen insted of cigs, within 24 hours my blood pressure dropped down to normal safe levels and on my next visit my cardiologist was amazed and actually took me off 3 meds. Now, I still vape at 3mg of nicotene and my overall cardio health is steady and perfect, yes, vaping saved my life.
