Here's an idea: why doesn't the FDA just ban minors and children? They're the ones causing all the problems. Just kill everyone under the age of 18... or 21, in those idiot states that say 18-20 yr olds can't vape -- problem solved!

Really? That is even worse than the other ID-10-T who makes jokes about some who died.................

Although this lawsuit certainly should be won, I imagine if the plaintiff prevails, Oregon will simply ban flavors outright.
