Good. But don't count on this to save the industry. This suit raises some really good points is also based on what strikes me as a flawed premise: That the FDA shouldn't have proposed an accelerated timeline at all. I contend that if they hadn't, the Judge Grimm would have accepted the plaintiff's proposed remedy and ordered the FDA to set the PMTA deadline for this November instead of next May.
