"Velocity style deck" ... What's the origin?

Hi guys and gals. I'm just sitting here and one thought occurred in my mind. Which atomizer was the first that utilized the two-post four-holes style that we come to know and love as the "velocity style deck"? No, not the Velocity. I've heard that there is something before that came out with such design.

There were many rda out with just a two post deck before that, but the first two post four hole deck rda i remember is the velocity. So if someone came up with it before those guys, they should give them credit, because they say they came up with the idea.
