Exactly as the name implies, straight up peach. Very sweet, but not candy-like. Seriously the best peach I've ever had. I want this stuff by the GALLON. If I could figure out what extract they use, I could probably replicate it pretty well, but I don't have the first clue, as it doesn't really taste like the peach from TPA that I tried.
