It seems like the Vermont’s Department of Health are the ones advertising ecigs to minors using taxpayer dollars to do so.
I wonder how many of these teens would even know vaping existed if the Vermont’s Department of Health didn't come in a teach them about this 'cool risky new behavior' ?
This program is failing teens now using your money to lie about vaping just like the D.A.R.E. program used your money to fail so many teens lying about 'a green vegetable like substance' in the mid 80's to mid 90's - 5150
