I got up and seen the time and said holy crap I slept in for once ! about 30 mins later I grabbed my phone and my world was crushed so I just drank coffee for awhile. still doing it lol.

I brought it up in question to when is it coming up in Pheonix AZ back in the 90's
listening to Gun's and Rose's for the first time and had about 12-15 people
thinking I was nuts when I had to explain what I was talkin' about.

Same here. The change just fucks with my circadian rhythm for a week or so. There's documented proof that there are more accidents and loss of productivity the week after changing the clocks.
I hear they still use gas lights in Washington DC, Lord knows there's more than enough gas bags in DC to power them.

Ben Franklin thought we should rise and sleep with the sun to save lamp oil. Not one of his more popular ideas now.

What did I do for the time change?
Went to bed around 10pm the night before, got up at the new 4:45am, got ready, and went to work.
Nothing different from other times. Normally go to bed anywhere between 9:30pm and 11pm. All depends on how tired I am that day.
