What would bring out that mellow fruit with out cream ?

What's a good start if making say blueberry jelly .

Not sure if I understand the question but I'm assuming you want a "sweeter" Blueberry without using any Creams?
Blueberry Jam probably uses 5 pounds of sugar so...
The problem is with the normal sweeteners we use for DIY, Sucralose or Stevia you may get some aftertaste if using too much.
Don't think I'd use EM cause it's just gonna mute the Blueberry.
FA Meringue and Custard both have a hint of Lemon that helps the Blueberry a bit, but Meringue is a bit sweeter IMO.
Tiny amounts of Maple Syrup or Molasses may work but it might taste more like Pancakes or Waffles, (0.5% or less).
Other thoughts, 0.5% CAP Golden Pineapple, OR, 0.5% CAP Sweet Tangerine.
Think of using other sweet type fruits like using spices, just a tad of "this and/or that".
If kept low enough you won't really even taste them.
TFA Blueberry Wild 5%
TFA Brown Sugar 3% (might be too dark for Jam IDK for sure)
FA Meringue OR FA Custard 1%
Sweetener 1 drop in 15ml (optional)
OR
(If Brown Sugar is too heavy/dark)
TFA Blueberry Wild 5%
FA Meringue OR FA Custard 1%
Stevia or Sweetener 1-3%
Other Blueberries like FW and CAP seem to be not quite as sweet but some like the flavors better.
I don't have anything like a Blueberry Candy flavoring around...

I would start with this one from e-cigexpress.com : http://vapingunderground.com/thread...s-flavorings-so-far.165977/page-2#post-883532 between .25 and .5% (it's hyper-strength) and steeped several days. Your favorite mild, sweet fruit flavors can sweeten it further. I think I'd try FA White Grape first. You could use little bits (0.5%, maybe a little more) of FA White Grape and FA Pear; using combos like that lets you sweeten more without adding a distinctive new flavor. It might be more jam than jelly, but I guess that's a little nitpicky.

I have Fa pear but not white grape . There mild fruits that do sweeten on there own.

.And the Gelatin has no taste as it's just used to make it thicker and not like water.

With creams . I've needed to way of sweetening like adding other fruits an not over sweeten with just em..

When you consider it's full-strength at 0.25%, almost too strong at 0.5%, the price doesn't seem so ridiculous. It would be nice if they sold smaller bottles, because one of these is a lifetime supply and then some.

sweetner caps 1/2 drop
Blackberry fw. 1/2 drop
1 1/2 ml pg.
Rest VG
Shook up then sat a few days .
Blueberry just perfect sweetness like jelly
