My buddy gets his from wal-mart, I just use masking tape and a sharpie. Then again I'm lazy and have a lot of tape around the house.

I steal mine from work, but I do supply the Sharpie markers to write on them.

Every office supply store has what you're looking for. I've seen them at Costco, Sam's, Walmart and Target too.

I gave up on labels. It's such a pain in the ass to get the glue off the bottle when you take them off. I just write on the bottle with a sharpie now.

Ask around if you don't already know a UPS driver. They usually carry a bunch of blank labels in their trucks. Those labels stick really well.

If I'm not using the bottle inside a mod, I just leave them on and stick another on top of it. For me, it provides a better "finger" grip.
