Where should I start?

I see all these crazy coil builds and I want to know what simple coils I can try out to begin my journey (other than just plain single wire coils lol)

You could try twisting two wires together or have a go with braiding If you want to keep things simple

Next step is learning to clapton a wire or perhaps two side by side (a fused clapton) together this is necessary step for more complex builds

Some choose to jump straight in the deep end and keep going until they nail it ....there is no right or wrong here

I personally found it easier progressing through builds that led onto the next
