So, I used to order from Element Vape until I discovered their crappy customer service. I DO NOT recommend them AT ALL. It's taking 9 days to get my order when I paid for priority shipping...might as well wait for gearbest at that rate lol. Anyway, where is a good place to order from? I don't mind paying more for things if customer service is good and shipping is what they it will be.

I AM RETRACTING THE ABOVE STATEMENT. ELEMENT VAPE HAS PROVEN TO ME THAT THEY WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELEMENT VAPE AS THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO ORDER FROM WITH EXCELLENT PRICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I haven't ordered anything in some while but I've been window shopping at element vape because they have everything I want and I don't have to try getting a mod from this site, tank there, batteries elsewhere...

And honestly I just don't trust fasttech, GearBest, eight vape etc. Ya know, #murica and all. Lol.

This isn't the first issue I have had with element vape. I keep going back because they have good prices. But even that isn't worth it anymore. I placed a big order with them once and they screwed up half of it. Just not worth it. Big headache to deal with.

I haven't been doing this for long. In the short time though I can say I won't use Ejuice Connect again. The vibe I get from dealing and talking to them is that they are a website being run out of someone's apartment somewhere in Florida.

Rock Bottom processed my order, shipped the same day and I had the product in 3 business days. I'm currently using Vape Watch for juice. No complaints with them either.

I had a brief email exchange with Stuart Johnson the Business Manager of Advanced Vapes. I was looking for some information on some of their clapton fused factory wound coils for my mod. I sent the first email and was responded to in less than 10 minutes. We had a brief 4 email exchange that lasted about 20 minutes and answered my questions. I placed the order last night. It shipped this morning. Waiting to see how the quality is when they arrive.

It might be just me, I look for good deals but would rather pay a little more for a professional experience.

Vaporbeast.com is a great place. VaporNW.com is another.
Gearbest is not bad time wise if you order from your country. I get things in about 2weeks from across the U.S. are they honest?i have not had an issue with 6 different orders

Vapewild has great shipping, fast, I think it's free over $30 when you're in the U.S. They don't have a huge selection of hardware though. Just a few smok mods, I think they have the mini g though and one I don't think has been reviewed much or much is known about. An aleader mod called a funky 160 or something like that, sort of looks like a revenant with resin panels. Their customer service is top notch, just wish they had more stuff.

The only reason they offer to help is because I posted it on an open forum. I contacted them previously and got an arrogant " sorry we don't meet your high expectations" response. No offer of help at all. Call them out and suddenly they are all helpful.

As stated above this does address your shipping time which should be in the customers hand within 4 days from ordering. I know when I order from a reputable vendor I receive tracking within hours with most of the times shipped the next day. Quote from above (9 days to get my order when I paid for priority) That is way too long!

I placed my order with element vape last night. A couple of questions, one to set my mind at ease and the other just out of curiosity. If I had an item(s) in my cart for a while and they sold out before I placed my order will it still go through or will there be a notification saying that it's out of stock and remove it from my order?

The other question is, does EV typically include freebies with bigger orders? I'm not a freebie whore but who doesn't like a couple of extra goodies included?

Good afternoon on your First ? Go to Element vape.com sign in and then go check your orders it will show you what you ordered in detail,usually if something is out of stock it will tell you when you order and it will not let you order the Item. I use this Vendor all the time I think you will be pleased with them.

On. ? 2 no they do not give out freebies no matter what your order size is however you build points every time you shop with them and it builds up I will be placing an order on Aug 1 and I will be using my four dollars from my built up points and on my new order its a big one and I will get more points I think 600 points like I said Big Order. Go read about the point system after you sign in.

I've bought from element vape and have been perfectly happy with them. The last thing I bought was a coilmaster diy toolkit which took from friday until the following wednesday to get to me in MS, but it was my own fault. I ordered after the cutoff time on friday so I was not unprepared for the item to be shipped on monday. If I hadn't goofed around about ordering on friday, it would have most likely have been on my front porch monday morning.

I get the point system. Just from my order I've basically got 600pts. I guess it's a good trade-off. I just like those little unexpected gifts. An extra vape band, stickers, juice sample, whatever it may be.

MWorthington, I did the same thing. Had to wait till Friday afternoon to place the order. I live in Alabama so I should expect it about the same time frame as you did. Not sure exactly where EV is based out of, and depending on carrier load it may be sooner or later.

thumbs up for vape wild. I placed an order Thursday morning, it shipped in the afternoon, and I received it today.
but, they are in TX, so it didn't have far to go. I also like Mt baker vapor, they don't have the biggest gear selection, but they have a lot of good, inexpensive juice, and great customer service

They're in Los Angeles. I order a lot from Nicotene River and they're located there as well. If I place my order in the morning, and there is no big sale going on, I'll get my order within 3 days. If they happen to be running a sale, the order may not even ship for 3 days. :)

LMAO.....but...you may want to try a different mod than the Maxo....have had two which the chips failed in watts mode...They are JUNK.
