Whitelisting in adblocker, but still getting notification it is enabled

Every time I click a link and open in new tab or just click a link I get a notification stating that adblocker is still enabled. It does not give me this notification on when I first log in though. Using the latest version of chrome.

Do you have an icon like this at the top right on your google chrome -->

If you click on that, there should be an option DON'T RUN ON PAGES ON THIS DOMAIN
You will see a popup window, there you should see vapingunderground.com/* Click on the exclude.

These directions are for AdBlock. Not sure if it's different for plus. I see the filters in your post, you should only have in there the following.

vapingunderground.com/*
